Our spot is at Hno 152 in Sanjay Enclave II, right on Nangla Road in the NIT area of Faridabad. It’s a very local, practical location for us. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. Instead, we are tucked into a regular neighborhood where real life happens every day. Operating Unitech Ltd from here means we are close to the ground. The building is just a normal house that we’ve converted into our working space. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic on Nangla Road sometimes, but we’ve grown used to it. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the desks and storage we have packed in. We do our best to stay on top of the work, even when the paperwork starts to pile up on the tables. It’s a very hands-on environment. There aren't any fancy signs or big marketing displays here. We just have our names on the door and we get to work every morning. Faridabad has a gritty, industrious feel to it, and our office fits right into that. We appreciate the directness of the people around here. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place, and that’s exactly how we like to run things. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, from our little corner of Sanjay Enclave while the city hums around us.
