Unique Estate

Unique Estate is located at 588 Sector 31, right along New Railway Road. It’s a decent spot that gets a lot of people passing by on their way to or from the station area. Our office is a simple place where we manage local property matters. We spend most of our time answering the phone or sitting with people who are looking for a place to live or work in Sector 31. The New Railway Road can be quite busy during the morning and evening rush, so we usually hear the trains and the traffic all day long. It’s just part of the background here. We have a few desks and some old cupboards full of folders and maps of the local sectors. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just talk to people like neighbors because that’s mostly who our clients are. Some days we are out walking the streets to check on different houses, and other days we are stuck inside doing the mundane office work that keeps everything moving. We’ve become a familiar sight on this road over time. People know where we are if they need to ask about a lease or a sale. We just keep things moving and try to give straight answers to whatever questions come our way. It’s a regular business in a regular neighborhood, and that suits us just fine. We just try to be useful to the folks living around Sector 31 and keep our files in order.
