Ujjawal Lifecare Foundation

Ujjawal Lifecare Foundation is situated out in Village Gailpur, right near the mushroom farm. It’s a bit outside the main city rush of Faridabad, in the Palwal area. We like it here because it’s quiet and we have plenty of space to breathe. Our address is Gailpur (33), and the pin is 121102. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but the locals all know where the mushroom farm is. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't have any corporate polish or fancy suits. Usually, you’ll find us in regular clothes, drinking tea and figuring out the day's tasks. We started this because we saw things that needed doing in the village and the surrounding areas. It’s very much a grassroots thing. We don't have a big marketing plan or a spokesperson. We just talk to people face to face. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get muddy when it rains, but we just keep going. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a foundation based in a village, trying to be useful to those around us. If you ever find yourself near the Gailpur mushroom farm, you’re pretty much at our doorstep. We don't do anything fancy, just the work we set out to do.
