Tvs Logistics Service Ltd operates out of House No-5K/64 in the NIT area of Faridabad. Haryana is where we call home, and this office is our main base for handling all the local logistics. The NIT area is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment. Our office is situated in a regular residential-style building, so it feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. We aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every morning. Most of us show up in casual clothes and get straight to work checking the logs. The rooms are filled with folders and ledgers because we still like to keep physical records of most things. It’s easier that way when the power acts up. We know the local roads like the back of our hands, which helps when we need to give directions to new drivers. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a photo or two. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking to vendors. Sometimes the rain makes the streets in Faridabad a bit messy, but we just wear our boots and keep going. We've been in this house for quite a while now, and it’s become a familiar place for everyone we work with. It’s just a normal, hardworking office where we try to get things right every day.
