Transporter

We are located at 1C4 in the NIT area of Faridabad, Haryana. People just call us Transporter, which is exactly what we do. The office is a small space that we’ve occupied for quite some time now. It’s got a few chairs, a couple of old fans that creak when they turn, and a lot of logbooks. In our line of work, things are rarely quiet. There’s always a driver calling about a flat tire or someone asking where their shipment is. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our business comes from people who know us or see our trucks on the road. The walls in the office are a bit dusty from the Faridabad air, and we have a calendar from three years ago still hanging up because nobody bothered to take it down. We drink a lot of strong coffee to stay awake during the late shifts when the trucks are moving. It’s a straightforward business. We move things from one place to another and try not to get stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we spend the whole weekend catching up on everything. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the day's work done so we can go home to our families in the evening.
