The Hawks Properties

The Hawks Properties is situated at 17/6 on the Mathura Road in Faridabad City. We are right opposite the Mega Pi Hotel, which makes it easy for folks to spot us from the main road. The office is a busy little place because of all the traffic going by outside. We handle various property matters, mostly buying and selling around this side of Faridabad. It’s not a quiet job. Between the noise from the road and the phones, there’s always something happening. We aren't a huge chain, just a local team that knows the streets and the blocks around here. We spend a lot of time checking on property titles and making sure the boundaries are where they should be. It involves a lot of legwork, literally walking the plots and talking to the neighbors. Our office inside is a bit cluttered with blueprints and coffee stains on the desks, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of fancy software to tell people what a house is worth; we usually just know from experience. People stop by after seeing our sign while driving to the hotel or into the city. We just give them the facts, show them the papers, and go from there. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to handle real estate, and it suits the way we like to work.
