Our office is at House No. 34, Sector-29, in the H.U.D.A. Plot area of Faridabad. We are right opposite the Sector-29 Huda Market, which is handy when we need to grab something for the office or get a quick bite. Since we are in a house, it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. It feels more like a home that happens to have a lot of work going on inside. We use the main rooms for our daily tasks. The front gate is usually open during the day, and you can see people coming and going. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always the sound of cars or people talking at the market across the way. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even need to look at the address anymore. The rooms are filled with files and some old wooden cupboards that have been here since we started. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. We just show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes we sit out in the small yard when the weather is nice to discuss things. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a big corporate structure or complicated meetings. We just talk to each other across the hallway. It’s a bit cluttered and sometimes a bit loud, but it’s our space and it works for us.
