Tecumseh Products India (P) Ltd.

We’re out at the 38 K.M. Stone on the Delhi Mathura Road. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but being out here gives us the space we need. Tecumseh Products India (P) Ltd. is a busy place, and there’s always trucks coming and going. The road can be quite a mess with traffic, so we’ve learned to be patient with deliveries. Inside, it’s mostly just people getting on with their jobs. We don't have a lot of fancy office perks. Usually, it's just a desk, a chair, and a lot of work to get through. We deal with various products and parts, and our day is mostly spent making sure everything is moving to the right place. It’s a lot of logistical work. We don't have a marketing person to make us sound like something we aren't. We’re just a group of people who have been in this industry for a long time. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when there’s a deadline looming, but we usually manage to get it done. We have a small canteen where we all eat lunch together and complain about the heat or the traffic. It’s just a normal workplace. We don’t try to be anything special, just a place that does its job every day. We keep a big fan in the corner that rattles a lot, but it does the job when the air gets still.
