It’s a busy industrial area, and we’ve been here for a long time. Even though we have that ISO 9001-2000 certification, we don’t let it go to our heads. We are still just a local business at heart. The building on Plot 24 is where we spend all our time. Mathura Road is always packed with traffic, which can be a headache, but it means we are in the middle of everything. Our workspace is full of machines and the smell of metal. We don’t have a fancy office with carpets; it’s mostly concrete and hard work. The people who work here are like family. Many have been with us since we started. We don’t go for big marketing campaigns or flashy websites. We just focus on making sure our fasteners are made right. Faridabad has changed a lot, with new sectors popping up everywhere, but Sector 20-A still feels like home to us. We have our routines, our small lunchroom where we all sit together, and our daily goals. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work.
