Our factory is at 16 in the D.L.F. Industrial Area 1. It’s a pretty standard industrial spot, surrounded by other warehouses and manufacturing units. We’ve been making adhesives here for a good while. The smell of glue is something you just get used to after working here for a few days. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the mixing tanks or checking the labels on the drums. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the product, not the appearance of the building. We have a small team of workers, and many of them have been with us since we first set up shop in this area. We’ve seen the industrial park grow and change over the years, with new neighbors coming and going. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our own production schedules. We aren't looking to become some massive global brand. We just want to make sure the adhesive we produce works like it’s supposed to for the people who buy it. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery truck is late, and we just deal with it as it happens. There’s no corporate manual for that stuff. We just use our common sense and keep things moving. It’s a simple, honest business and we are happy with that.
