Sudhan International

We are based at Plot No. 54 in the S.M.I.E. area, Phase-I. It’s basically right next to a lot of other industrial units, so the whole area has a very busy feel to it. Our side of things is more about the international trade and the paperwork that goes along with it. The office isn't very large, and it’s mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the documents we have to keep. It can get quite hectic when we have several shipments going out at the same time. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with shipping agents and customs people. There’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things get delayed, which can be frustrating. We don't have any fancy décor or a modern lobby. It's just a functional space where we work. The road leading to our plot is full of potholes, so we always have to drive slowly. In the afternoons, we usually take a short break to have some tea and snacks from the vendor who walks by. We've been operating here for a long time and have built up a lot of local connections. We don’t try to sound like a big corporation because we aren’t one. We’re just a small team trying to keep everything moving and making sure the orders are processed correctly. Every day is a bit different depending on the cargo.
