Our main operation for Star Wire (India) Ltd is out in Ballabhgarh, right near the Jaildar Chaupal in Faridabad. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of Haryana, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. Being near the chaupal gives the place a bit of a traditional feel, even though we are very much an industrial business. We deal with wire products day in and day out. The facility is large enough to handle what we need, but it isn’t some high-tech lab. It’s a workshop and a storage space where things actually get made and moved. There is always a layer of iron dust or grease somewhere, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve got a mix of older workers who have been here forever and some newer faces too. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming in and out of the yard. We don’t use any fancy management speak here. We just tell it like it is and get the work finished. The weather can be tough, especially the summers in Faridabad, but the fans keep things moving. We’re just a local company doing our best to provide what’s needed without any extra drama or complicated processes. The local market is just a short walk away, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a tea. We have a few big industrial fans running all the time.
