Our factory is at No. 21/4 on Mathura Road in Ballabgarh. It’s a big industrial spot, and you can’t really miss it if you’re driving down that way. We deal with wire and metal products, so it’s a loud and heavy environment. There are machines running most of the time, and the smell of grease and metal is everywhere. It’s not a place for a quiet chat. We have a small office section where the paperwork gets done, but most of the action is out on the floor. We’ve been operating out of Ballabgarh for years. The traffic on Mathura Road is usually pretty bad, especially with the big trucks moving in and out of the industrial gates. We don't have a fancy lobby with chairs. If you come by, you’ll probably see people in work clothes moving rolls of wire around. It’s a tough job and the air gets pretty dusty. We just focus on keeping the machines running and the orders moving out the gate. We have a crew that’s been with us for a long time. It’s a straightforward manufacturing life. We don't spend time on glossy brochures or marketing campaigns. We just make sure the wire is the right gauge and the coils are tied tight. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the equipment every single day to stay on track.
