We have been here in Faridabad at 2C/Wh/31 NIT for quite some time now. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, which is a relief given how the traffic gets around the industrial areas here. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular workspace where we handle our daily tasks. We deal with the usual stuff that comes up in a business like ours, and most days are just about keeping things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the trucks and all the local activity, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started out with just a couple of desks and now there are more of us, though we still keep things pretty informal. There is a tea stall just down the road where we usually end up talking about what needs to get done for the next day. It is not the kind of place with shiny glass walls or anything, just brick and mortar and people working. We don't really do big meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs fixing. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. Most people who drop by are locals or people we have known for years. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it. That is basically how Ssi runs here in 121001.
