Spm Auto Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Ballabgarh, specifically in the Subhadra Estate on Samai Pur Road in Sector-58. This part of the area is very industrial, so it’s all factories and warehouses around us. We work on auto parts, so things get pretty dirty. Our hands are usually covered in grease by ten in the morning. The building is a large shed where we have the machines and a small corner partitioned off for the office work. It gets incredibly hot in the summer months, and we all just try to stay hydrated and keep the work moving. We aren't a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a place where people work hard and the machines don't stop until the shift is over. The Samai Pur Road can be quite bumpy with all the heavy trucks, so the commute is a bit of a jolting experience. We’ve been part of the Ballabgarh industrial scene for a good while. Most of our workers live in the nearby colonies and have been with us through thick and thin. We don't have any slogans or big goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the parts we produce are right and that we can pay everyone on time. It’s a basic, honest way of making a living in an industrial town. We just keep our heads down and do our work every single day.
