Spl Industries Ltd.

Our business, Spl Industries Ltd., is located in Sector-6 of Faridabad, but we also do a lot of work that reaches into Noida. Being in this part of India means we are surrounded by other industries and factories. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is always on production and logistics. We spend our days managing the flow of materials between different spots. The roads around Sector-6 can be pretty rough and the traffic is often a mess, especially when we are trying to get things over to Noida. We don't really bother with a polished corporate image because that doesn't help us get the work finished. Our office is a simple room with a couple of desks and a lot of noise coming from the workshop outside. We deal with suppliers, handle the payroll, and try to keep everything moving. It’s not always smooth; we have our fair share of long days and frustrating delays. But the people working here are a tough bunch and they just get on with it. We’ve seen this industrial area change over the years as more companies move in. Through all the growth, we’ve just kept our heads down and focused on our own operations. It’s a basic way of working, but it’s what we know. We are just a local industry team trying to stay busy and do things right.
