Spl Industries Ltd

Spl Industries Ltd is based out of Faridabad in Haryana. If you have ever been to this part of the state, you know it is a massive industrial hub. Our building is right in the middle of all that action. It is a place where things are actually being made and moved. There is a lot of noise from the neighboring units and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant during shift hours. We don't have a quiet, carpeted office. It is more about concrete floors and functional spaces. Most of us here wear work clothes because things can get a little messy when you are dealing with industrial production. We spend our days managing the floor and making sure the logistics are sorted out. The traffic in Faridabad is notorious, so we spend a lot of time coordinating when the trucks should arrive so they don't get stuck. Inside the office, the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some old charts. We focus on the work at hand rather than making the place look like a showroom. It is a gritty, real-world environment where hard work is the main thing. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local news or the cricket scores. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We have been part of this industrial landscape for years and we like the steady nature of it.
