S.P.J is located on the second floor of the Upper Mall in Shahibaug. It’s a decent enough spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up again. We’ve been in this office for several years now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our small team and some storage. We mostly handle paperwork and coordination from here. It gets a bit lively in the afternoons when everyone is busy. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything. Just some sturdy tables and chairs that have seen better days. We like being in Shahibaug because everything is close by. If we need something, we just walk down the street. Our work isn't anything glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We don't spend time writing about how great we are. We'd rather just get the work done and head home to our families. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a human way of working, I guess. We talk to our customers like they're neighbors because most of them are. We don't use scripts or corporate talk. If someone calls, they get one of us, not a machine. We've stayed small on purpose because it's less of a headache that way. Life is complicated enough without adding extra layers of management to everything. We just do the work.
