Spark Industries

Spark Industries is based out on Sohna Road in the Sarujpur Industrial Area. It’s quite a distance from the main city, so it’s mostly just factories and warehouses out here. We moved into this space because we needed the room. The industrial area isn't the prettiest place, but it's practical for what we do. There are trucks coming in and out all day long, and the roads can be a bit bumpy. Our building is just one of many on the stretch. Inside, it’s mostly just work space. We don’t have a lobby with a receptionist or fancy paintings on the walls. It’s a place where things get made and moved. The staff here is local, mostly people from the surrounding villages and towns. We all know each other well enough to chat during breaks. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don’t have meetings that last for hours or complicated company policies. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life on Sohna Road. It’s a busy place but we like the pace of it. We have been here for years and know the area very well now. It is a long commute for some, but we manage.
