Sourcewell Solutions Llp is based out of Flat No. 802 in Tower B1 of Summer Palms. Being in Sector 86 means we’re away from the super crowded parts of the city, which is nice. It’s more of a residential vibe here. Working from a flat gives it a different feel than a standard office block. We have a kitchen where we make lunch and a balcony where we can take a breath of air when things get a bit much. It’s a small team. We know each other well. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We handle our projects as they come in. There’s no huge hierarchy or boss sitting in a corner office. We all just sit around the main table and figure things out together. The commute isn't too bad for most of us, which helps keep everyone in a better mood. Sometimes the elevators in Summer Palms take forever, so we end up chatting in the lobby while we wait. It’s those little things that make up our day. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the work we need to do and making sure it's done right. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is close, but we usually order some food and get through it. It's just a normal workplace with normal people doing normal jobs. No fancy titles or big egos here.
