Sonu Painter

I've been working as Sonu Painter for a while now, based out of Wz-51B on Street Number 14 in Vashisht Park. It’s right there on Pankha Road, not too far from the Aherian Chopal. Most of the time, I am not even at the shop because I’m out at someone’s house or a building site. Painting is messy work, and my clothes usually show it. I keep my brushes, rollers, and ladders stored here, along with whatever cans of paint are left over from the last job. Vashisht Park is a busy little area, and sometimes finding the right house in these streets is the hardest part of the day. People usually find me through word of mouth, just neighbors telling neighbors. I don't really do much advertising or anything. I just show up with my gear and get to work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too humid for the paint to dry properly, so I just end up sitting around and waiting. My hands are almost always covered in some kind of primer or stain that won't come off easily. It’s a simple life, moving from one wall to the next. I’ve seen a lot of houses in this part of town, from the small rooms to the bigger ones near the main road. I just keep my head down and try to finish the work so I can move on to the next one.
