Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd Gurgaon

We are over in Tauru, right near the Om Shanti Mandir. Our workplace is at Arvind Goyal’s house, number 186/10, which gives it a bit of a different feel than a huge factory. It’s a bit quieter out here in this part of Haryana compared to the middle of Gurgaon city. We work on steering systems, and since we are in a more residential-style area, we try to keep things orderly for the neighbors. The temple nearby is a nice landmark for anyone trying to find us. We’ve got a small group of guys who handle the steering parts. It’s a lot of hands-on work, checking pieces and making sure everything is ready to go. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Tauru than in the city. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the afternoon break just to catch some sun and relax. The day usually starts with checking the inventory that arrived the evening before. It’s not a high-pressure environment every single second, but we do have our busy times when the orders pile up. Most of the people working here have known each other for a while, so there's a lot of joking around while we work. We don't use a lot of complicated systems, just old-fashioned hard work and keeping track of what we do. It’s a practical way to spend the day, making sure the steering components are handled properly before they move on to the next stage.
