E Rickshaw Co. is over at Shop No. 33 in Faridabad. We deal with those electric rickshaws that have become so common lately. Our shop is full of batteries, tires, and metal frames. Faridabad is a large city, but Shop No. 33 is our little corner of it. It can get pretty greasy and messy in here, but that is the nature of working with vehicles. We spend our time checking connections and making sure the motors are running right. It is not a glamorous job. We have grease under our fingernails most of the time. Faridabad has a lot of roads and a lot of people needing to get around, so we stay fairly busy. We started E Rickshaw Co. because it seemed like a good idea at the time. Shop No. 33 is not very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the spare parts. Sometimes we have to move three things just to get to one tool. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just have our tools and our knowledge of how these rickshaws work. People come to us when something breaks or when they need a new battery. It is a simple, honest way to make a living in a place like Faridabad. We just take it one day at a time.
