We’ve been based here in S.G.M. Nagar for a while now. The address is C-95/1, right in the middle of this busy part of Faridabad. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic and people moving around, but we are used to it by now. The workshop isn’t anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get the day’s work done. Some days are hotter than others, especially in the Haryana summers when the fans just move the warm air around. We mostly focus on making things and keeping the machines running. It is a local operation, and most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless there's a big jam on the main road. The walls have some marks on them from moving equipment, and the floor is a bit stained, but that’s just how a working factory looks. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be finished, and stay until the shift ends. Sometimes the tea guy comes by late, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. It is just a straightforward place in Haryana where people work hard and try to stay on top of the orders. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our spot here remains pretty much the same day after day. It’s a bit dusty, but we don't mind.
