S.K.B Builders

S.K.B Builders is located at B-247 in Green Field Colony, which is right near the Nhpc Chowk in Faridabad. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now. It’s a convenient place for us because we can get to the highway pretty quickly when we need to visit a construction site. Our office is just a small room in the building where we keep all the blueprints and the invoices. We aren't some big, fancy construction firm with a glass front. We’re just a local crew that knows how to build things. Most of the time, you’ll find us out on a job rather than sitting behind a desk. Green Field Colony is a nice enough area, though traffic around Nhpc Chowk can be a real headache during the rush hour. We just plan around it and keep moving. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales team. If someone needs a builder, they usually just hear about us from someone else we’ve worked for. We try to be honest about how long a job will take and what it’s going to cost. There are no secrets or complicated contracts. It’s just straightforward building work. We keep our tools ready and our heads down. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Faridabad. It’s hard work, but we find it keeps us out of trouble and pays the bills.
