Shyam Alloys (P) Ltd.

Shyam Alloys (P) Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 40 in Sector-6. It’s a fairly straightforward place. We’ve been operating out of this unit for a good bit now. The morning starts early here, usually before the sun is even fully up. We get the furnaces ready and check what’s on the schedule for the day. Sector-6 is full of other businesses too, so there’s always a lot of movement on the street. Our space is mostly taken up by the raw materials and the finished alloy pieces waiting to be moved. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, you end up with grease on your clothes by noon. That’s just how it goes. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the front look pretty. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Most of the guys here live close by, so we're like a little community. We have our lunch together in the small break area. Sometimes we talk about the work, sometimes just about life. The phones ring quite a bit, but we’re usually out on the floor. If you visit Plot No. 40, you’ll probably find us busy with something. We try to keep the machines running smooth, though they have their moods. Shyam Alloys (P) Ltd. is basically just us doing our thing every day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand.
