Shubh Realty is based out of the Sushant Shopping Arcade in Sushant Lok Phase I. You can find us at H 125. It’s a busy little shopping area and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Being in the arcade makes it easy for people to drop by while they are doing their regular shopping. We handle all sorts of real estate work in the Sushant Lok area. The office is small but it has everything we need to get the job done. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and apartments in Phase I. It’s a nice area and we know the layout of the blocks pretty well. We aren't a huge firm with lots of branches; we just focus on what’s right here in front of us. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking over to show a property a few streets away. The shopping arcade is a good place to be because there's always a sense of community. We know the other shopkeepers and the regulars who come by for their daily needs. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just provide a local service for people who need help with property stuff. It’s straightforward, everyday work that keeps us connected to the neighborhood. If you’re in the arcade, you’ve probably seen our door at H 125. There's usually a stack of newspapers on the table and a half-empty water bottle because we're always running in and out.
