Shree Tirupati Properties

We are based out of M-49 in Sector 14, which is part of the Old DLF area. It is one of those parts of town that feels a bit more established than the newer sectors. Shree Tirupati Properties is basically just a small office where we handle local real estate stuff. It is not a flashy place. We have some old desks and a water cooler that makes a lot of noise. Mostly, we deal with the houses and plots right here in the neighborhood. Since we are in Sector 14, we see a lot of the same faces every day. People stop by to ask what the prices are doing or if we heard about a specific house going up for sale. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and keeping a log of who wants what. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve lived in this part of the city for a long time, so we know which lanes get flooded when it rains and where the best parking spots are. It helps when people ask questions about moving in. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world. We just want to stay busy and help the people who come to us. It is a plain, simple business run by people who live right nearby. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized.
