We have been here at Sector-11 for quite a while now. If you are driving down Main Mathura Road, you'll see us right across from metro pillar number 45. It’s a busy spot, especially with the State Bank of Patiala nearby, so parking can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes during the day. We mostly handle the usual day-to-day operations from this unit in B-1/14. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done and keep the inventory moving. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know how the machines work and what needs to happen to get orders out the door. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements because there is always enough work to keep us busy here. It gets quite loud with the traffic outside sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. When people come by to pick up stuff, they usually just look for the pillar 45 sign since it's the easiest way to find the turn. We keep the doors open most of the day unless it's really dusty outside. It's just a regular local shop where we try to stay organized and make sure we don't lose track of what the customers need. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, just showing up and doing the work. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot, but our little corner remains pretty much the same.
