Shivam Properties

Our office is in the Shivalik Complex, which stays pretty crowded most days. Shivam Properties has been sitting at 42-43 for quite some time. We’re right on the Delhi Gurgaon Road, so it's easy to find us if you’re driving toward the hospital. Saraswati Hospital is the main landmark everyone uses to get here. It’s a noisy spot with all the cars going by, but we like being in the middle of things. Most people stop in when they're looking for a place near the border or if they work in Gurgaon but want something slightly closer to Delhi. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly local rentals and some land stuff. The office isn't anything special to look at, just where we keep our files and meet people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different sites nearby to check on things. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while waiting for a client to show up. It’s a small team here. We know the roads around this complex like the back of our hand. It helps when people ask about shortcuts or where to find a good plumber. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw the sign while heading to the hospital. We just take it day by day and try to help people find a spot that fits.
