Shiv Glass & Aluminium Works

Shiv Glass & Aluminium Works is out on Tigaon Road in Sec-3, right near the SRS Shopping Center. Being so close to the shopping center means there is always something going on nearby, but our shop is a bit more industrial. We deal with a lot of dust from the aluminium cutting, and it seems to get into every corner no matter how much we sweep. The floor is usually covered in those little silver curls of metal. We have been at this spot for a good while, and most of the locals know they can find us here if they need a window fixed or a frame put together. It gets pretty loud when the saws are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the noise. The shop is basically one big room filled with racks for the metal pipes and big tables for laying out the glass. We don't have a fancy showroom; what you see is what we are working on at that moment. Sometimes we are out on a site nearby and the shop stays locked for an hour, but usually, someone is here sitting on a plastic chair waiting for the next job. Tigaon Road is always busy with bikes and trucks, which keeps us feeling like we are in the middle of things. We just keep our heads down, finish the work we have, and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad.
