Shilpivarshney

I am Shilpivarshney and I work out of Flat No. 26 on the second floor of Ashoka Enclave Main. This is in Sector-34, over in Faridabad. Living and working in Haryana has its own rhythm, and I’ve been part of it for a long time. My office is basically just a room in this flat, so it feels very personal and lived-in. I don’t have a corporate board or a team of managers. It’s just me handling the day-to-day stuff that comes my way. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and I have to walk the stairs, but that’s just part of being here. I started doing this because I wanted to work for myself and stay close to home. I don't use any polished language or try to sound like a big company. I’m just a person trying to do a job well. People usually call me or drop by the flat when they need something. It’s a very informal way of doing business, but I find that it builds more trust than a fancy office ever could. I spend most of my time at my desk, looking out at the other buildings in Sector-34. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something happening in the enclave. I like the independence I have here. I don't have to follow a lot of strict rules, I just focus on getting the work done and being honest with the people I deal with.
