Shell India Markets Private Limited has a presence here at House-55 in Sector-14, Faridabad. Haryana is where we are based for this part of the business. Sector-14 is a fairly established residential and commercial area. Being in a house rather than a huge office block makes the workday feel a bit different. It’s a bit more personal, I suppose. We manage various market-related tasks from this location. Faridabad is a busy city, always growing and changing. We have to deal with the usual city life stuff like traffic and the summer heat. Inside the office, it is mostly about computers, phones, and a lot of paperwork. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive art. We just have our desks and the tools we need to work. Most of us take the local transport or drive in from nearby sectors. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There is a lot to keep track of when it comes to the markets, so we stay pretty busy throughout the day. We don't really have time for much else. It’s a straightforward environment. We come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. It might seem a bit plain to an outsider, but it works for us. We just keep the business side of things ticking over from our spot in Faridabad. That is our daily routine.
