Our small place is right across from the Gymkhana Club in Qutab Enclave Phase I. It’s a good spot because people know the club well and it makes for a clear landmark. We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us handles everything that comes through the door. We mostly know the people around this neighborhood. You see the same faces every day walking to the club or heading out to work. The area has changed quite a bit since we first opened the doors, but we’re still here. We spend most of our time answering the phone or looking over maps of the local blocks. It’s quiet in the mornings, which is nice for getting paperwork done before the phone starts ringing too much. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions since we're right on the main path. We don't mind at all. It's just part of being in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs help with a house or a plot in Phase I, they usually find their way to us eventually. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fan keeps things moving. That’s pretty much how we run things here day in and day out.
