We've been at 54-A, Smie, Phase-Ii for quite a long time now. People usually find us easily because we're right opposite the YMCA on Mathura Road. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do here at Shakti Hitech Components Pvt. Ltd. The shop floor is always moving. We mostly handle small components and technical parts that larger machines need to run. It isn't very glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We know the machines pretty well by now. Sometimes the traffic on Mathura Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage to get things out. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the main workspace and a small desk where we keep the paperwork. Usually, the phone rings and someone asks if we can make a specific part, and we see if we can fit it into the schedule. It gets hot in the summer, especially with all the equipment running, but that's just how it is in this line of work. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is good quality. If you stop by, you'll probably hear the sound of the lathes and smell the cutting oil. It’s a practical place for people who need parts made without a lot of fuss or delay.
