Our office is at Securico House, 4 14/3 Mathura Road. It’s a big building right on the main road. The traffic on Mathura Road is always heavy, so there is a constant hum of cars and trucks outside. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The name Securico Businesspagesctronics India Ltd is on the front, though it's a bit long for a sign. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and equipment. We aren't trying to be fancy with the decor; it’s mostly just practical stuff we need for work. There are a lot of us working here, but it still feels like a local place because many of us have been together for years. We spend our days mostly on the phone or at our computers. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for some. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished. The windows look out onto the highway, and you can see the metro passing by sometimes. It’s a busy atmosphere but we’ve gotten used to the pace. We handle all the orders and the technical stuff from these rooms. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we just ignore it. We start early to beat the worst of the traffic and stay until the evening rush starts. It is a long day but the work is steady.
