Jayco Electroplating

The electroplating zone is a unique part of Sector-58. It has a specific smell of metal and chemicals that stays with you. Jayco Electroplating is located at Plot No. 555. If you walk inside, you will see the big tanks where all the dipping happens. It is a wet environment, and you have to watch your step so you don’t slip on the damp floors. We have been doing this for a long time. The process hasn't changed much, even if the tools have. It is all about the timing and the current. We spend our hours checking the finish on different metal parts. Some are small and some are quite bulky. It is a lot of lifting and moving things from one tank to another. We do not have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If people need electroplating done, they usually just find their way to Plot 555 because they know we are here. The workers here are good at what they do, even if they don't say much. We have a routine that we stick to every day. The noise from the exhaust fans is constant, but you stop hearing it after an hour. It is a hardworking place in a hardworking sector. We don't make any grand promises; we just put the parts in the tanks and make sure they come out looking right. It is just the way we have always done things.
