We are based in Uncha Gaon, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the electricity office. We’re just a short walk from there. The area is fairly quiet compared to the main city, which is nice for working. Our building is a simple structure that we’ve occupied for a good while now. Inside, things are organized but it’s definitely a working space, not a showroom. We have some old desks and a lot of equipment taking up most of the room. Usually, one or two of us are handling the phones while the rest are in the back area. It can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives. We started out small and haven’t really changed the way we do things much over the years. The roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we’ve got buckets for that. People from around the village often stop by just to say hello or ask for directions to the government office nearby. We don’t mind. It feels like a community here. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in Uncha Gaon seems to work just fine. It's a straightforward operation. We make what we make, and we try to get it right the first time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch, but we usually try to get home before it gets too dark and the streetlights come on.
