Sainka Constructions

Sainka Constructions is located at 341 in Sector 21. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some of the main roads, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus. Our office is a simple room with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints lying around. We don’t spend much on decor because we’re usually out on sites or busy with paperwork here. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. We have a small kettle for making coffee and a window that looks out onto the street. Some days are slow and we just catch up on billing, while other days are a total mess with people coming in and out constantly. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check our messages, and get to work. The chairs are a bit old and the desk drawers sometimes stick, but it's a functional space. Sector 21 is a good place to be based; it's easy enough for people to find us once they get into the sector. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really think about the address anymore, it just feels like home. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a handful of us making sure the projects are moving forward. We take things one day at a time and try to keep everything on track.
