Sas International is mostly run through the phone, specifically at 9990293207. We don't have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. Instead, we do a lot of our work while moving around or from whatever spot we happen to be sitting in at the moment. It is a bit different than the usual way businesses run with a fixed address and a sign over the door. The mobile phone is basically our lifeline. It rings all day with different questions and orders, and we just try to keep up as best as we can. Sometimes the signal is bad if we are in a basement or a crowded area, but we always call back as soon as we see the notification. It is a very direct way of doing things. You don't have to go through a secretary or a switchboard to reach us. You just dial the number and someone picks up. It keeps our overhead low and lets us be flexible. Some days are very quiet and the phone doesn't ring at all, which gives us time to catch up on other things. Other days, it feels like it never stops buzzing. We don't have a fancy office culture here because there isn't really an office to speak of. It is just us and the phone, making sure things get handled one call at a time. It might seem a bit informal to some people, but it works for us.
