People usually find us out here past the 25-mile stone on the NH-2. We are located right on Khandawali Road in Village Katlly. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where the work gets done. Sandeep Axles Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a long time now. Most of the folks working here are from the nearby areas. It gets pretty loud once the machines start running early in the morning. We spend our days dealing with metal, heat, and moving parts. There is always grease on someone's hands. It isn't a fancy office with air conditioning everywhere. It's a workshop through and through. We focus on getting the axles right so they don't cause trouble later. The trucks come in and out all day, kicking up dust on the road. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is around here. We have a small yard where we keep the raw materials. Usually, someone is outside checking the inventory or loading a trailer. We don't spend much time on computers unless we have to. It's more about the physical labor and making sure the dimensions are what they should be. It is honest work. You can smell the oil and metal in the air as soon as you walk through the gate. It's just us, doing what we know how to do, day after day, out here in the village.
