Over here at Saini Property, we operate out of house number 562 in Dayanand Colony. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which makes it easy to sit down and actually talk to people without too much noise. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of what we do is just helping folks find a place to stay or maybe a bit of land to buy. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of agents or anything. It is mostly just us handling the daily tasks. You’ll find us sitting with a cup of tea, going over the latest paperwork or checking which houses have come up for rent lately. Dayanand Colony is a place where people know each other, so a lot of our work comes from word of mouth. We don’t really do much advertising. We just keep our books updated and make sure we know who is moving out and who is moving in. It’s practical work. Sometimes the market is up, sometimes it’s down, but people always need a roof over their heads. We keep the office simple and the conversations honest. If a place is too expensive for what it is, we say so. There’s no use in wasting anyone’s time. If you’re walking through the colony, you’ll probably spot our sign easily enough. We are usually around if you need to ask about something.
