Saav Realty Group has its office at Augusta Point on Golf Course Road. We are in units 3 and 4 in Sector 53. It’s a very busy part of the city with all the big glass buildings and the metro running nearby. Even though the area looks very modern, we try to keep our business feeling more personal. Buying or renting property around Golf Course Road can be a bit overwhelming because everything moves so fast and the prices are always shifting. We spend our days talking to landlords and showing people around the different sectors. Our office at Augusta Point is where we do all the meetings and handle the contracts. It’s a professional enough space, but we aren't formal people. We’d rather have a real conversation about what a property is actually worth than give you a sales pitch. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes us late for a viewing, which is frustrating, but we try our best to stay on schedule. We know this specific part of Sector 53 inside and out because we’ve been working these blocks for quite a while. Whether it’s a high-rise apartment or a commercial space, we just try to find the right fit for whoever walks through our door. It’s a lot of legwork and phone calls, but that is just what it takes to do real estate well in this city.
