S R Properties

S R Properties is situated in Building Number 704 over in Saraswati Vihar. We are located very close to the McDonald's in DLF City Phase II, which is the best landmark to use if you are trying to find us. This entire area is always buzzing with cars and people going to work. We have been in this specific building for several years now. It is a small space, but we have enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for guests. We mostly focus on properties around the DLF area because that is the neighborhood we know inside and out. We are not fancy consultants with suits and ties. We are just local guys who know which buildings are built well and which ones might have plumbing issues. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit narrow and steep, but it is fine once you get inside. We drink a lot of coffee throughout the day while we go through the latest listings. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and other times it stays quiet for hours. We do not have a big budget for marketing or ads. We just talk to the people who happen to walk in. Gurgaon is a very fast-paced place, but we try to keep things grounded here. We tell people the truth about the current prices, even if it is not exactly what they were hoping to hear.
