S M Tools

S M Tools is a small operation located in Faridabad City. We are specifically over in Nit 5, at K/15-A. If you know the area, it’s a pretty busy spot with a lot of industrial activity going on. We spend our days surrounded by all kinds of hand tools and equipment. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about where we stack things so we don't trip over them. It smells like oil and metal in here most of the time, which is just part of the job. People from around Faridabad come to us when they need something specific for their own shops or home projects. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny showroom. It is just a counter and some shelves filled with stock. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from all the foot traffic, but we try to keep it decent. We have been in Nit 5 for a while and we know a lot of the neighbors. It’s a good place to be if you’re into making things or fixing things. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just sell tools that work. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the bins, while other days everyone seems to need something at once. We just take it as it comes and stay open until the work is done. It's a simple life and it keeps us busy. There’s always someone looking for a specific wrench or a hammer, and we try to have it ready.
