We are based in Varun Tower, occupying units 9 and 16 on the second floor. The building is located in Faridabad City, Sector 20B, which is right near the Ajronda Chowk. It’s a very busy part of the city, and the traffic at the chowk can be quite something during rush hour. Our office space is divided between the two units, so we’re often walking back and forth in the corridor. It’s a functional setup, nothing too fancy. We have plenty of desks for the staff and heaps of files because of all the paperwork we handle. The windows give us a view of the street, but it’s mostly just other buildings and the tops of cars. The elevator in Varun Tower is a bit slow, so we usually end up taking the stairs. We’ve been here for several years now and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. There’s a small area where we make tea and store our lunches. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, but it doesn’t bother us. We don’t spend much on decorations; we’d rather just have a place that works. It’s a busy atmosphere here at Rva Realcon Pvt Ltd, especially when multiple people are on the phone at once. We don't have any formal mission statements on the walls. It's just us, some desks, and the work we do every day near Ajronda Chowk. It feels like home to us now.
