Rsr Promoter & Developer

We’re based out of Dabua Colony in the NIT area of Faridabad. RSR Promoter & Developer is the name on our documents, but we are mostly just local guys working on property and land projects around this neighborhood. Our office at A-1239 is where we keep all the files and meet with folks who are looking for a plot of land or a new house to move into. It’s a very lively neighborhood, and we’ve been a part of it for a long time now. We don’t really care for flashy signs or making huge promises we can't keep. We just show people what is available on the market and help them get through the paperwork. The colony is always full of activity, so there is usually something interesting happening right outside our front door. We spend a lot of our time walking around different sites or talking to the builders about how the work is progressing. It can be tough work, especially when the summer heat hits Faridabad, but we stay busy regardless. Most of the people who come to us heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We’ve lived here so long that we know which blocks are quiet and where the new roads are going in. It’s just us and a couple of helpers making sure everything is handled the right way with the local office. We aren’t some giant company with offices all over the place.
