Our office for Ross Controls India Pvt. Ltd. Chennai is actually located at 608 Sec 15 A in Faridabad. It sounds a bit confusing because of the name, but this is where we operate from. Sector 15 A is a residential area, so it’s a lot quieter than the industrial zones nearby. We work out of a house that’s been converted into an office space. It’s got a bit of a yard in the front where we park our bikes. Inside, it’s mostly desks and shelves filled with technical manuals and spare parts. It’s a small operation here in Faridabad. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers or coordinating with our other locations. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear ties or anything like that. Usually, there’s some music playing in the background to keep the energy up. We have a small table for lunch where we all sit together. It’s not a polished showroom. Sometimes we have to explain the address to people, but they find us eventually.
