Richa Industries Ltd is tucked away in the Dlf Industrial Area, Phase II, specifically at Plot No.29. It’s a typical industrial spot. We’ve got machines running and people constantly moving materials from one corner to the next. The area around us is packed with other businesses, so there is always a lot of activity on the street. Inside our walls, we focus on the industrial work we’ve been doing for years. We aren't big on meetings that last hours; we’d rather be out on the floor seeing how the production is going. The office part is pretty small compared to the workshop. It is mostly just desks and computers to keep the paperwork straight. We’ve had some of the same staff for a long time, and everyone knows their role. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the morning when we can all sit for a minute and talk about things other than work. Being in Phase II of the DLF area means we are close to everything, which is handy for shipping stuff out. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. We handle the manufacturing side with whatever tools we have and try to keep things organized despite the mess that naturally comes with industrial labor. It’s a busy life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep plugging along, day in and day out, at our little plot in the city.
