We are based out of Plot No. 20, Shed No. 6, in the Dhanda Complex. It’s an industrial area, right across from where Whirlpool India Ltd. is located. You can’t miss the big signs around there. Working at Revex Plasticiser (P) Ltd. means being around a lot of heavy barrels and the smell of chemicals. It’s a shed, so it’s not exactly a five-star office environment, but it works for what we do. We spend the morning checking the gauges and making sure the mixes are going okay. It’s steady work that requires us to pay attention, even when it’s loud outside with the trucks coming and going. The floor is concrete and usually has some scuff marks from the forklift. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls or anything. Most of our decor is just calendars from three years ago and clipboards with daily lists. We like it that way because it’s practical. Our team has been together for a while, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to happen next. When the sun hits the roof of the shed, it gets pretty hot inside, so we usually keep the big doors open for a breeze. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words or fancy offices. We just focus on the plasticizers and making sure the batches are ready when the transport arrives at the gate each afternoon.
